Necarita Delapu was teaching at a local Bible School when the church in the rice fields of Pinamanlucan was abandoned by the denomination that started it but she felt the call of God to continue the work in this remote area so she left the teaching position to take over leadership of this church.  MUI visited this church in 1999 and adopted this work in 2000.  Since that time under the leadership of Necarita, we have rebuilt this church and added another four satellite churches as well as a garbage dump ministry and children's feeding ministries.
