Dick Javier and his wife have been working with the southern Luzon ministry team since 2000 and now lead this group that consists of a traditional house church out of their home in Balubad. With the help of their daughter Elizibeth and her husband they also coordinate the activities of several home Cell Group ministries in the neighborhoods around Balubad and conduct feeding programs for the children.
